Pastor Kenton J. Birtell
Pastor Kenton Birtell has served Mt.Calvary since September of 2000. He is a graduate of Concordia College in Seward NE in 1991. From there he attended Concordia Seminary graduating with the class of 1995. In 2005 he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Family Life Ministry from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. Prior to accepting the Call to serve at Mt. Calvary he served as an Associate Pastor at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Columbus, Nebraska focusing on outreach, youth, and family ministries. Pastor Birtell enjoys camping, reading, working out and spending time with his wife Linda and two children.
Ann Anderson
Childrens Ministry
Ann has served as Director of Children and Family Ministry at Mt. Calvary since August of 2000. Before receiving the Call to Holdrege she taught Kindergarten at Zion Lutheran School in Hastings, Nebraska for 5 years. She has a passion not only for working with children but also the entire family. She is currently taking classes in the Family Life Ministry Program at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. Ann is a 1996 graduate from Concordia College in Seward, Nebraska. You will find her at church on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Otherwise she will be home with her husband Kyle and three girls.
