HISTORY
The first Missouri Synod Lutheran worship service in Holdrege was held in the Salvation Army chapel at 512 East Ave. March 15, 1936, about one year prior to the formal organization of the congregation. Several location served Mt. Calvary as membership grew.
By the late 50's over crowding of Church and Sunday school classes inspired building the current Facility at 1419th & East Ave. Drive.
Major updates over the years have included a Wick's Pipe Organ in 1980 updated in 2007. A new Fellowship Hall addition in 2005. Plans for updates are in the near future with no end in sight.
