Building Faith at Home
At Mt. Calvary, we hold firmly to the Biblical teaching that the home is the key place for the faith to be taught and lived out.
"Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up." Deuteronomy 6:7
For this reason we encourage all of our parents to do the following:
1. Pray out loud with your child.
2. Read Bible stories with your children.
3. Be faithful in worship, Bible class, and in bringing your children
to Sunday School and Midweek.
4. Talk about your faith in your home.
